Over the Mountain is Published!

Over the Mountain, is now available on Amazon in print for $11.99. The link to purchase is http://amzn.to/2GbkHDK .

The “look inside” function has not yet been added to the site, but should appear there in the next day or two. In the meantime, you can preview the first chapter at http://www.fortheloveofwriting.net/over-the-mountain-chapter-1/

The Kindle version will be available for $5.99 through the same link. It should be up and running in the next 24-48 hours.

The novel is a sequel to Hattie’s Place and In the Fullness of Time, which are also available on Amazon. This book skips a generation and takes up in 1961, with Harriet Elizabeth Oechsner, granddaughter of Hattie Robinson Barton, as the main character.

Please consider buying the book and reading it, and/or passing it on to someone who enjoys historical fiction with strong female characters. And, if you could do one last thing to help book sales: go on to the Amazon web site and post an unbiased sentence or two about the book–e.g., what you liked about it, which characters resonated, or if you would recommend it to readers in the genre of historical fiction.
Thanks for your support and encouragement. It’s what keeps indie authors like me motivated to write more.
